 | Description: Elegant Early 20th Century Italian Rococo Sideboard with Ornate Details. The piece, excellently crafted of hardwood with Burl Walnut Veneer throughout, features a heavily carved mirror harp, heavily carved twin panels with flora and fauna, raised candle shelves with carved edge band detail. Further, the piece exhibits brass and polished stone pulls, a bowed front, heavily carved cabriole legs, and a gorgeous polychrome marble top. The sideboard has three cabinets, the large center cabinet features side shelves and drawers and each side cabinet has one shelf insert. A stunning piece overall.
Condition: Good overall, the piece has some finish issues in a number of spots, however, including fading and finish loss on the mirror harp and some slight veneer issues, consistent with aged burl veneer. There is also, on the center cabinet doors, some adhesive residue from tape used to keep the doors closed.
Size: Measures 43 1/2 inches tall by 92 inches wide by 27 deep. The mirror adds 35 inches to the height.
